We are located in Cleveland and Fairlawn, and offer free on-site parking at both locations.

The primary overall objective for the Account Representative is to accurately process messages based on the client's instructions as presented on the computer screen.

Duties Include:

• Accurately document callers information on customized messaging templates & relaying calls per account instructions
• Promoting a positive team environment; achieving personal and co-worker success

Requirements:

• Be professional with a pleasant demeanor with clients and co-workers
• Be proficient with intermediate computer applications
• Be articulate and comfortable talking on the phone
• Be able to work in a fast paced environment
• Have excellent proofreading, editing, spelling, and writing skills
• Be able to type at least 45 wpm
• Be able to work at our corporate office during 1st shift hours for initial training
• Consent to perform a criminal history background check in compliance with the FCRA and DPPA
