Ability to work 2nd shift schedule 40-hours per week including weekends and holidays Basic typing/computer skills required. Excellent attendance required. (full-time and part-time available) Work on-site in our Downtown Cleveland, OH call-center. Must be age 18 or above and have obtained a high school diploma or GED. THERE IS NO SELLING OR TELEMARKETING INVOLVED IN THIS POSITION."

Responsibilities

Answer inbound calls in our 24/7/365 state-of-the-art call center for a variety of industries including property management, medical, hvac/plumbing/electrical, mortgages, funeral homes, security, and many more. Enter messages into our call-handling software and/or client’s web portal. Dispatch messages taken to our clients per their account instructions. Monitor inbound email alerts for alarming equipment/systems and notify client. May occasionally speak with callers in distressed situations.

Job Description

Answering Cleveland is a thriving answering service that has been in business in Downtown Cleveland, OH for over 60 years. With our continued growth, we are seeking to add several customer service agents to work on-site in our call center. You will answer 100+ inbound calls per day for any of our several hundred clients. Your main duty will be to ensure the callers that you will have their concern addressed and follow the scripting to accurately gather the necessary information to create a record of their call. There is no selling or telemarketing involved. Training will be on 1st shift the first week of employment and then the position will be scheduled for 2nd shift hours including weekends/holidays.
